Our Service to you
We know how important your wedding day is to you and your family and take great pride in our service both before and after your wedding, as well as on the day itself!
When you first express an interest in Maxim Photographic we will arrange a visit with you, bringing several sample albums and take time to listen to what you want from our service. We can then advise the best package to suit your needs or design something completely bespoke if you want something a little different.
Prior to the wedding itself we will visit the venue with you, to get a feel for the environment and to give us to more time to build a relationship with you, so that everything goes like clockwork on the day itself. We will spend time checking requirements with you, we want to ensure we take the photos you want and that you are happy with the plans for the day. We even practice a few poses with you to get you used to having your photos taken on the big day, during your pre-wedding shoot.
On the day itself we pride ourselves on our discretion and eye for detail.
Once we get back to the studio your images are reviewed and then we aim to have your private online gallery up and running within 3 working days of the wedding. This gives you the chance to view your images whilst on honeymoon, if you have access to a computer and can't wait until you get back! It also allows your guests to view and choose any images they might wish to have a copy of without them having to order through you.
Once you return from honeymoon we will send you a disc with all of the images in both colour and black and white so that you can chose your favourites. If you have picked the DVD option then these will be high resolution print quality images or a lower resolution if you are opting to take prints as part of your package. For those packages where you have chosen an album we will also include a beautiful album design filled with the best photos from the day that capture the essence of your wedding. This is a process we spend a great deal of time over to ensure that we fill your album with gorgeous photos of the you both, as well as fantastic candid shots of your friends and family. We usually find this process means that couples make very few changes to our designs but you are of course, free to make any changes you want. Once we have agreed your proof album it is sent off to be handmade, which takes approximately six weeks.
We do of course keep all your images indefinately, so if you have any further requirements a year or longer after your wedding we will be delighted to help you.
